Thank you for shopping with The Pluvia. We take pride in offering premium-quality perfumes, attars, essential oils, and herbal products. Due to the nature of our items, we have specific return and refund conditions outlined below.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or used perfumes, attars, or oils
  • Items without original packaging/seals
  • Discovery/sample sets
  • Products purchased during clearance or sales

Please make sure to review product details and scent notes carefully before purchasing.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product (wrong item or quantity).
  • The product was expired or incomplete upon delivery.

If you experience any of the above, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with unboxing photos or video evidence.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@thepluvia.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Order ID
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear images/videos of the product (including packaging)
  3. Our team will assess your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

If approved, you may be asked to ship the product back (in unused condition) to our return address. Return shipping costs may be covered by us in cases of verified damage or errors.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.)
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider

If the product is found to be used or tampered with, no refund will be issued.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled or modified.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Then contact your payment provider or card issuer
  • If still unresolved, email us and we’ll assist you
